Answer:
Capsuls seem to absorb better than tablets. I suggest you try acai elite berry. I also suggest you research before buying any acai berry product. There are many products are just don’t work. The Acai elite berry worked well for me I lost 8 pounds in one week. I found the research site comparison these type of products here.
Does the Acai berry supplement and colon cleanse thing really work?
I have heard the Acai berry and Colon cleanse “diet” works really well. I am iffy on taking these supplements – do they work? what kind of effects will it have? If I take this am I going to be in the bathroom all day and night?
Answer:
When I was interested in this, I read the reviews on Amazon.com (that’s where I was buying it from since I didn’t want to give my debit information to some site I didn’t trust).
Basically, what I got from that was that the acai berry supplement energizes *some* people, but doesn’t really contribute to weight loss at all.
The people who were pleased with the Colon Cleanse were using it to become regular and not to lose weight. Some people said that they had lost a few pounds from removing all the waste that had built up in their intestines. Generally, the people who were trying the acai/colon cleanse combination did not lose weight, or did not lose enough weight to be satisfied.
If you read the directions, you have to adjust the number of pills you take so that you are having 2-3 bowel movements per day.
Side effects include cramping, bloating, and diarrhea.
How to actually use the acai diet pills?
I own a bottle of the acai burn pills and I would like to know if there’s anything else I have to do on the side to actaully lose the weight. Also, if use the colon cleanse and acai burn together will it really help me lose weight quicker then most things?
Answer:
The best way to use acai pills and colon cleanse products is as supplements to a healthy eating and exercise program. The way some of these products are marketed, you’d think they’re the miracle cure for all obesity, but the truth is that while they can help you, they aren’t magic pills. You can’t expect to sit around all day eating pizza and ice cream and have a bottle of fruit pills make the weight disappear.
However, what I will say is that using the two products together helped me to lose weight faster when I stuck with a healthy diet and exercised regularly. I’ve struggled with a slow metabolism my entire life, and I’d always lose a few pounds before hitting a huge plateau with diet and exercise alone. Adding the supplements to my daily regimen gave me more energy to exercise and helped me to burn more calories throughout the day.
Hope this helps!
What are the benefits of Acai supplements?
I bought the Spring Valley Acai Antioxidant Support Dietary Supplements from Walmart. Has anyone tried these? I know antioxidants are really good for you, but what will they do specifically?
Answer:
While Acai is healthy, scientific studies have shown that it actually contains very little antioxidants, therefore, buying those supplements was a waste of time and money. You need to do more research on things before you go out and buy it because everyone else says it works.
I have tried Acai. It does not aid whatsoever in weight loss.
Is the acai in Smirnoff Strawberry Acai coolers the same as the berries advertised as a diet aide right now?
I bought some ages ago before acai berries were really popular and I was just wondering if it’s the same berry that is advertised as a weight loss supplement all over the place? Is it supposed to make people buy more or something because they think it’s healthy?
Answer:
It’s a whole marketing scheme to promote wellness and a healthy alternative. Little do consumers Know, The amount of sugar and carbs in just 1 bottle is the equivalent to probably a big mac lol
Is it safe to take the acai berry supplement while breastfeeding?
i’ve been breastfeeding for 2 months but i really would like to try the acai berry supplement, without having to stop the breastfeeding. does anyone know if it affects my baby in any way?
Answer:
There have been no adverse reports or studies showing that Acai has had any problems with pregnancy or nursing. In it’s simplest terms, it is a fruit with very high antioxidant support, so your body would see it similarly to eating a bunch of Grapes, Oranges, Apples, etc. You should have no problem at all.
