I am taking 2 a day, is this enough? And can I mix them with Pure Acai 500mg from a health food shop?
My suggestion is that you cancel your autoship now if you are still in your first 15 days. If you are past the 15th day then you have already been billed more than this product is worth.
Go check out this guys video http://www.ultimateweightlosscenter.com/weight-loss/diet-pills/acai-berry-review
he does a good job explaining how these scams work.
the special report on that site aint bad either
I want to know the diets or acai products that actually are safe and effective and good for the long run. Thanks!
This whole acai berry thing is a scam.
Acai berries are high in antioxidants.
A diet high in antioxidant foods can increase your metabolism.
An increase in metabolism can burn more calories.
More calories burned can result in weight loss.
Acai berries cause weight loss!
That is the big “stretch” these con artists are selling.
Acai berries don’t have any more antioxidants in them than blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries. At 10 times the price because they are “exotic”.
The “cleanse” pills that usually come with them contain nothing more than psyllium husk powder to help you poop more. There is no such thing as a “fat burner “. Burning more calories than you consume is the only fat burner.
None of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
The same “stretch of the imagination” applies to green tea capsules, maquiberry, hoodia, moyoberry, gojiberry, fruta planta, hoodia, and african mango seed extract pills out there.
Spending the same to a day on this junk would pay for a great gym membership.
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
A healthy diet high in both soluble and insoluble fiber is the only safe way there is.
I was about to order acai burn and I changed my mind at the last minute after putting all my info in already. This happened in April. It’s July 7th and I haven’t stopped getting calls from them since. They come about3 times a day. How do I get them to stop?
AH they piss me off.
They have been posting ALL over everyones questons in this topic.
They have some copy and pasted paragraph they post on everyones weight loss questions.
We should all start reporting them!
I have heard the Acai berry and Colon cleanse “diet” works really well. I am iffy on taking these supplements – do they work? what kind of effects will it have? If I take this am I going to be in the bathroom all day and night?
When I was interested in this, I read the reviews on Amazon.com (that’s where I was buying it from since I didn’t want to give my debit information to some site I didn’t trust).
Basically, what I got from that was that the acai berry supplement energizes *some* people, but doesn’t really contribute to weight loss at all.
The people who were pleased with the Colon Cleanse were using it to become regular and not to lose weight. Some people said that they had lost a few pounds from removing all the waste that had built up in their intestines. Generally, the people who were trying the acai/colon cleanse combination did not lose weight, or did not lose enough weight to be satisfied.
If you read the directions, you have to adjust the number of pills you take so that you are having 2-3 bowel movements per day.
Side effects include cramping, bloating, and diarrhea.
Hi so how do I cancel both of my acai products? I’ve tried sending emails but it never get any replies. I’ve tried searching for numbers to call but i’m not sure which numbers to call since none of them are the exact products i got. Can anyone help?? I also get this small spray thing that comes with my acai pure, which I didn’t really order
Look, you learnt a lesson. There are no morals in the alt med crowd. All they are in it for is to take money from guileless, don’t pay for rubbish that a good diet and a bit of exercise will do for you. I see someone else is already on your case “don’t try that, go for my website and we’ll peddle colonic cleansing or heavy metals”. Is there really no honour amongst thieves?
Cancel you bank card, do a charge back and hope your bank will stop paying the charlatans.
Okkay on some sites then sell acai burn for like 90 dollars and at gnc they sell acai blast for 14 dollars .. what is the difference . do they do the same thing ? .. what is better?
y7eah haha i dont think im gonnah spend 90 dollars
This site reviews different brands of Acai, it should help
they have some good discounts too.
Are there any “proven” benefits from drinking acai juice?
There are no scientific facts to support any health benefits. This is another one of those fads. Sorry!!!
I heard of Acai Pure in the oprah show with special guest Dr. Oz. Supposedly, this natural product, made of natural acai berries that are found in rain forests in the Amazon, contains anti oxidants which can help you lose weight. Some people think otherwise and is saying some products could be scams!
“Some people think otherwise and is saying some products could be scams!”
COULD be? They ARE scams. All that “Amazon”, “berries”, “anti-oxidants”, lingo is just stuff they put in their message to convince ordinary people that it is some miracle drug. It’s not, it’s a gimmick. You can lose fat without supplements. The only thing Acai berries will do is give you the feeling you are losing fat faster than you really are.
To lose fat:
1. DON’T BELIEVE THOSE FAD DIETS! DIET PILLS ARE GIMMICKS!
2. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Unless you are 4ft tall, a 1,200 calorie a day diet is DANGEROUS and won’t work in the long run.
3. Calculate your BMR. Do a google search. A good calculator would ask for your age, height, weight, and activity level.
4. Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories a day less than your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Your BMR is how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight.
5. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism up. Each meal should include fruits, veggies, water, and protein.
5. Drink at least 64oz (8 8oz glasses) of water a day. No soda (that includes diet soda).
6. Do light/moderate cardio 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes each time. Running, bicycling, and swimming are great for this.
7. Do some strength training to make sure you lose fat and not muscle. Don’t worry; you won’t look like the hulk if you lift weights.
8. You should lose about 1-2lbs (.45-.9kg) per week. If you lose more than that, chances are the rest is stool, water weight, or even muscle mass.
9. Weigh yourself only once a week at the same time (ie every Friday morning). Your weight fluctuates a lot during any 24hour period because of water and food intake and also bowel movements.
Be patient and be smart. If you follow this guideline you will be very happy with your results.
