I am going to try using acai berry to help me lose some weight. but before i purchased some, i was wondering if anyone has already used acai berry in the UK and which one works best and which ones to stay clear of? thanks.

They are also sold in America, and here, they charge you way too much for them and it is ALL a scam!
I ordered some, and they made me nautious for days like I had a sugar crash.
The people I ordered from kept charging me loads of money and I am now in debt for things I didn’t pay for. They have my credit card number and now they are taking hundreds out of my bank account…the acai berries make you sick…it isnt something i recomend at all!

I just bought these pure acai berry pro tablets and I want to know if they work? They have boosted up my energy but I don’t think I am loosing weight or am i doing something wrong?
Capsuls seem to absorb better than tablets. I suggest you try acai elite berry. I also suggest you research before buying any acai berry product. There are many products are just don’t work. I’ve been on the Acai berry diet pill for around 5 days now. I’m just wondering how long it takes till you begin to lose weight or see results? Anybody whose started these pills or experienced with them maybe you can help me answer this question?

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. I am on the Acai berry Juice diet. I have to say, it works wonders on me.I stay full longer,and lose weight. But To have to drink it sucks. I gag on the taste. I usually take a mouthful of Orange juice and take the shot. But I can still taste it.
Any tips on how to drink it without feeling like it is going to make me throw up?

Acai berry is a scam.. If you want something that will help you lose weight then drink green tea. At least it has “independent” scientific research backing it. Acai is the biggest joke that is spammed around here.
The idea about weight loss is simple.. Burn more calories than you consume in a day.

Acai has absolutely nothing to do with weight loss. It’s a berry, high in antioxidants. You can get the same vitamins by eating blueberries or raspberries, or even drinking green tea or pomegranate juice. CNN has already done a story about how the weight loss claims are bogus

I’m planning on getting the Acai Berry Supplement thing to lose weight. Is there anything else I have to do when taking it to lose weight besides just taking teh supplement? [exercise a certain amount, eat a certain food, etc.]
Acai is just a fad diet that fails just like all the other fad diets. It’s nothing special, it’s not a miracle food, it’s just a gimmick. Whose bright idea was it to take health and fitness advice from Oprah, a 200lb whale?
To lose fat:
1. DON’T BELIEVE THOSE FAD DIETS! DIET PILLS ARE GIMMICKS! Yes, Acai berries/pills/juice is a fad diet.
2. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Unless you are tiny as it is, a 1,200 calorie a day diet is DANGEROUS and won’t work in the long run.

4. Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories below that number. Eating too little will result in loss of water weight and muscle mass, not fat (what you actually want to lose).
5. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism up. Each meal should include fruits, veggies, water, and protein. Oatmeal is great for breakfast.

6. Do light/moderate cardio 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes each time. Running, bicycling, and swimming are great for this. If you are obese, do low impact stuff like walking or swimming.

8. You should lose about 1-2lbs (.45-.9kg) per week. If you lose more than that, chances are the rest is stool, water weight, or even muscle mass.
